For Green Mining, not only the environment is important. We care about the people involved in the operation, a lot. So one of our main goals is to ensure dignity for those who work with recycling and today have few job opportunities.

Our selection has candidates who complete the course “Recycle to Empower”, provided by the City of São Paulo through Amlurb (Municipal Authority for Urban Cleaning) . The selected ones are hired, with formal work rights, and use tricycles to go around the neighborhoods to gather material that can be recycled. Collectors are key to Green Mining‘s work and deserve all of our respect and dignity.
